NEEDLE FELTING CLASS
The old adage that 'busy hands are happy hands'
is true! What a wonderful way to expand your fiber horizons and learn something new! Especially when
offered by an experienced crafter like Susan Wolcott of Y2Knit, a yarn shop in Funkstown, MD. Susan
loves to see how color and texture can be worked into a project and teaches at Y2Knit events, yarn shops and knitting conferences.
She is the co-author with her sister, Jill Wolcott, of YNotKnit, of Step-by-step instructions for Continental knitting
and Knitting basics and Gifts2Knit!, a series of three books full of patterns for knitted gifts. This will be
a delightful 2 hour journey into creativity with color and style!

Class description: Needle Felting provides a
wonderful way to use roving and single ply yarns to create and embellish objects. In this class, we'll explore the many
ways we can employ dry felting in our fiber crafting. With basic tools, anyone can enjoy needle felting--no prior experience
is needed. Suitable for children over 8 (younger with adult supervision) and adults of all ages! All supplies included in class fee. The class will run with
a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 participants.
