The Shenandoah Festival Board reserves the right to determine what vendors are accepted.  A balance of vendor variety will be maintained. VENDORS:  THERE IS NO ON-LINE REGISTRATION - YOU MUST SEND IN THE FORM WITH YOUR PAYMENT IN ORDER TO BE INCLUDED AS A VENDOR. Vendor registrations are due by July 31, 2010. There are no refunds if a vendor cancels after the above date.  Vendors may set up at the Berryville fair grounds beginning Friday, September 24th after 2 p.m. and must be ready for business no later then 9 a.m. Saturday the 25th remaining fully operational until Sunday, September 26th, 4:00 p.m. Vendor Type  Food Vendors Fiber Products and Resources Animals Guilds/Organized Fiber Groups Educational/Demonstrations -------------------------- Once a Vendors contract and agreement is submitted and approved, it is understood that the Vendor agrees to all terms, rules, and regulations and disclaimers by the Shenandoah Festival Fiber Festival Board, committee, and their members and release same from all responsibility for damage and/or liability in any form. ================== Some General Information is listed as shown, however,  the official Vendor application will offer more details. Please get your applications in as early as you can. Space Data INDOOR SPACES:  $110.00 COVERED OUTDOOR SPACES:  $90.00 NON-COVERED OUTDOOR SPACES: 75.00 Food vendors outdoors animals in barns or own tents all others under cover limited vendors in the buildings. Lots of outdoor spaces available  but please apply as early as possible to secure your area. ======================= ATTENTION VENDORS  Camping sites are available for the weekend for only $25.00.  However, Camper or RV parking is without hookups and no water - so your unit must be self-contained. All campers and RVs will be parked outside of the Festival enclosure.  Parking in vendor spaces is not allowed this year. Please note on your application that you would like to arrange for camping space.
